Safari Loading response page incredibly slow?

Every time I load the reply page it takes me almost a full minute before I can type more than a letter every 5 seconds. I have a macbook pro running just fine, and this is the only time it seems to hang up.

I think it has something to do with the emoticons on the right side. I say this because BTS reply pages take longer to load (I assume because there's more emoticons).

Not a huge deal I suppose but its rather annoying when you have some rhetorical diarrhea to unleash upon the board and you need to get the thoughts out quickly. That last sentence was gross.

Is this happening to anyone else?

To begin with, i would seriously consider changing to another browser. As Safari is a descent browser but lacks in huge places. Just thought i'd post you my thoughts on Safari being used on Apples.
