I beleive that this is genuine. And is obviously no Sat / Plane Or Helicopter.

Now for the scientists on this site what chemical reactions can cause a green outer glow? and what could be that cause for the fire looking trail at the start of the clip?

Very nice! I must say, when i first saw it, with the trail i took it for a plane with a landing light....
But when that disappeared, (no idea what it could be btw) and then the pulsations and green and orange glow, who knows?

I once saw a green and orange UFO, but it only glowed like that when it was stationary, the lights went out before it moved past the horizon at amazing speeds, looking like a skimming disc over the hills....
