Need Files On Friend How to get them

A friend of mine was transfered to another state. How can I get those transfer Files. This is the last place I can ask, your smart people. Help me. How do I get the transfer files to know where he went?

I would contact your local... law agency? I would think those files would be public. If not, getting them would be illegal, and I don't know how you would get them and if it's illegal, people here cannot tell you under the T&C.

Transfered jobs?

Transfered jails?

Transfered Law Enforcement Agency?

Transfered how, exactly?

Public records is a good way to start.

What state was he/she in?

Friend of mine from years ago and He was transfered schools. Someone told me that they keep records of that kind of thing

We are 17 so that makes it harder because When it comes to minor's everyone is very protective.

Okay, if I had known you were a minor, and I did ask, I would've directed you to ask an adult, locally.

That way there's no problems. No hassles. No rigamorole.
