In that report, it is stated that in case of an epidemic or pandemic of Avian Flu, 32 states passed laws in 2006 which make resisting inoculation once ordered by the governor a felony. These laws join Patriot Act I, II, BARADA, BIOSHIELD I, II in making drug treatment and inoculation mandatory once a Pandemic is called.

Unlimited quarantine without review is mandated under these laws for those who resist inoculation under Pandemic conditions.

Fully staffed, empty detention centers exist all over North America. The largest, in Alaska, is rumored to have 2.5 million person capacity.

I haven't had a chance to read this whole thread, but a couple things come to mind that I wanted to post quick.

First, for quite some time now I've been bothered by the manner in which conspiracy theories paint the way that the PTB are going to bludgeon society as we know it. I'm referring to destroying the economy, implementing the North American Union, creating a one world religion and government, and of course the whole depopulation thing.

What bothers me about depopulation is that it seems like there would be easier, less blatant ways of doing it. I mean why would they go out and infect millions of people and possibly risk having their plan exposed. Or worse yet, having the virus (assuming that's what is used) mutate to the point that even the people in control wind up infected. Why not manipulate the population through other means? I'm just using my imagination here, but what about something that would work like fluoridation, which most people are affected by daily, that would render men or women or both impotent? That seems like a better approach than what is being proposed in these videos regarding bird flu. Perhaps they've tried that already and it isn't working. Or, and this is what troubles me the most, maybe, for reasons we can only speculate, they have a specific time frame in which a certain percentage of the population must be done away with.

The other thing I wanted to throw out was about the train cars that some believe will be used for transporting massive numbers of people for sinister purposes. Allow me to play devil's advocate here. Is it possible that the train cars will indeed be used for moving people, but not for the reasons that folks are assuming. Maybe the cars are being put in place as a precaution for another incident like Hurricane Katrina so that those people who are affected can be moved instead of left in a wasteland like we saw in New Orleans.

Whatever the case may be, it's hard not to wonder what is going on and what the future holds.

Quite honestly, my father used to work for J.B. Hunt in New York, and that was a few years back, now that i think about it, i have seen, many times while driving, 2 to 3 tucks back to back one right after another maybe only a few hundred feet away from each other going down Route 104 in NY. They would be going west, and always that i noticed, there were police following. One time i remember someone in the car commenting "Oh look there goes a cop" and about 15 seconds later "Wow another cop!", made by my sisters. Thats how i remember this one specific time i mean these trucks were going 60 miles an hour in a 55 village zone, and they wouldnt even slow down for the red light. I was waiting for the light to change and it was red until about one second until they got to the white stop line in the road... pretty crazy huh?

I'm not convinced the call to the Power Hour was a deliberate hoax. There may be elements of truth to it.

I would not put anything past the government.

Nothing. It's obvious they are trying to get most of the people on the planet killed, else they would not be chemtrailing every day (that must cost literally TRILLIONS), and they would not be provoking WWIII or deliberately imploding the economy.

It seems goofy to me that they would be transporting missiles and/or live bird flu by means of private Mexican truckers, but who knows? Maybe it's so top-secret black ops military that they can't use the military to transport their own weapons?

Who knows. Nothing would surprise me. These people are extremely dangerous, extremely crazy, extremely evil, and I have not a doubt in my mind at all that they are out to kill us all.

Alex's point, and I agree is, why is everybody going nuts over unsubstantiated stories and You Tubes of empty trains, when we have confirmed reports such as the Baxter attempt to deliberately introduce a bird flu pandemic. Alex's question: Why is nobody talking about this? Why has the media dropped it totally, no follow up to what happened in those 18 countries which received the live bird flu and instructions to mix with the flu shots?

Yes the Baxter incident does seem suspicious but it just as easily could have been human error, which does happen. You think if it was some conspiracy to kill off the human race they would of at least tested it on some humans. Apparently it wasn't very infectious if it was sent to 18 different countries and there wasnt one contamination.

Could have been a reaction to it, what ever it was, my body didn't like it. Flu shots, especially after hearing about Baxter will forever be out of my accepted bodily violations by the health community.

Wow I am speechless at your reply. I really dont know what to say. This maybe the most insane rambling I have ever seen on this site and that is saying quite a bit. Anyway obviously there is no reason to discuss this any further. I bet Alex Jones would even consider your ideas insane.
