Thomas Lynch Jr. Disappearence

I don't think many people know Thomas Lynch Jr., but he should be famous in the paranormal world.

Thomas Lynch was a signer of the United States Declaration of Independence and the "first" reported person to disappear in the Bermuda Triangle in 1779.
Thomas Lynch and his wife were heading to the West Indies on their own boat and were never heard of again.

Any thoughts???
Maybe picked up by the enemy, Great Britain and held as a traitor to the King. Maybe executed.

Just another person lost to the Bermuda Triangle.
