Kazakhstan: Government to build UFO base and alien embassy

No its not an april fools joke look

The Republic of Kazakhstan in Central Asia is in the process of building the world’s first alien embassy according to some local media reports. If these reports are to be believed, the authorities have already allocated a large plot of land in the city of Almaty for this ambitious project. Facilities to be built within the complex will include a guesthouse, theatre and translation service. A purpose built UFO landing pad and checkpoint will be attached to the embassy.

theres more.

The head of Kazakhstan’s space agency, Talgat Musabayev, is said to be heavily involved in the embassy project. Musabayev is an ex-cosmonaut who has spent many hours in space and is an ex-colleague of Gasimov. It is believed that he possesses a large amount of information on the aliens currently visiting earth.

Translated page ofthe original Kazakhstan story:

Link

Allegedly the authorities Of [almaty] already granted land section under the building and appropriated diplomatic status to the structure, which there is intended to build. Section by the area several of square kilometers is located beyond the limits of city, in the [nenavigatsionnoy] zone. Embassy necessarily for the official methods of newcomers and in the course of time will bring to Kazakhstan enormous financial and scientific benefit.

HIGH FIVE!

Not another Borat themed story is it?
I don't think the UFO community would be best pleased if its a false rumour or piss take.

But if it's genuine , my respect for the Khazakstan Govrenment and /or people just jumped up quite a few notches.

Is this some kind of a gag? Why would aliens land in Kazakhstan first? To see Borat?

is this one of those "If you build it they will come..." scenario's or do you think ET specifically requested there be an on-site Tennis Court and Solarium??

A touch far-fetched if you ask me, but I'm happy that the Kazakhstan has taken a keen interest and lead in building structures for our cosmic neighbours.

It could also be said that in a country as poor as Kazakhstan the funding would be better diverted to projects aimed towards helping those in need, but hey ET need's a home to phone, who am I to question their decision.

... aside from the skepticism, I genuinely do wish they would land and end the debate unequivocally... I just can't believe everything I read.

Oh dear another member trying to board the wiseguy express without looking into the subject first. Kazakhstan has indeed had its fair share of encounters/sightings.

Of course some of them could well be connected with Top Secret Russian technology but then again.......

Extraterrestrial super-civilization will sooner or later arrive with the mission to the earth, are assured the initiators of the building of embassy for the extraterrestrial essences. - Naturally, to newcomers will be necessary its embassy, from where they will begin to achieve contact with the earthlings. Here there Kazakhstan will prove to be in front of the planet of entire. Accordingly, the newcomers of extraterrestrial civilization will fix the first diplomatic contacts with Astana.

I just quoted the opening paragraph as per the T&C's.

I'm sure this embassy they are building will serve a dual purpose...and if aliens do happen to turn up, well they'll be prepared.

they're just capitalising on the popularity of UFO's in the area (as -- alluded to) just like Roswell, Wycliffe Well etc.

Absolutely, but any public attention of UFO' s IMO is always good no matter where it comes from. It would be interesting to see if any other countries follow suit. Like the antartic bases por ejemplo.

What would happen in the U.S. if military commanders involved with Project Blue Book or Project Twinkle decided after they retired to build a ET embassy? That would get headlines.
