Blonde haired blue eyed terrorists

Does anyone know if these is any truth to the rumours that the bilderburgs are planning on micro chipin all blue eyed blonde haired people who have rhesus negative blood as they may be terrorists.

i know it all sounds very hitler and far out and its slowly getting to a point that we will be throwing people in lakes to see if they float to see if they are terrorists and if they drown they are innocent.
