No, YOU need to travel more.

For example, do you know where the best market for LCD's is? China. They are buying them like crazy, sometimes 3 or 4 each family. And this is just an example. Same guys with cellphones... Latest cellphones.

Just because you laugh at the TV when someone shows you the rural China doesn't mean that they are behind you by all means. Provably they have what you have, but half the price, since they produce half of the things we own.

Its the same thing with Vietnam. Americans don't like to admit it (not the average joe, the governament) and try to think otherwise, but Vietnam is actually getting very healthy and is doing very good. I was amazed by some of the roads they have, for example.

There is a big slice of China that is poor, but there is also a powerful China that can make shadow of what you have in western countries.
