Students frantically climbed up buildings to gain a closer look and reporters, hearts pounding, scrambled for photos.
Witnesses, thousands of them, to this day claim that is simply impossible and utterly absurd: it is common knowledge in Guangzhou that in 2003 an alien spacecraft popped in to say ‘Hi.’
Reports and photos (such as the amazing one below) are all that is left of the event, however the wizened residents of Guangzhou now know they are not alone in this universe and will never forget that earth shattering night back in 2003.

The Allnewsweb article links to Sina.com which is one of China main two media groups...........like say CNN. The fact that you can't find it doesnt mean it didnt happen.

Yeah, another interesting one.
All those related articles at the bottom of the original one you posted are all from 2001/02/03...I wonder if there are more recent ones?
I would also concede, if these huge UFOs are thought to be quite high in altitude, it would be difficult on most days to get a decent picture; the pollution/haze around most big Chinese cities can be pretty shocking alot of the time, which doesn't translate well for taking pictures at a distance. Just a thought.

Your not getting it are you.....until today you probably could have never found the entire story................doesnt mean it was there all along.
Until yesterday not one google reference existed for this incident.

you would think that the majority of the population in that city would have cell phones (most with video capability) and would take pics of this so called mothership. That city is pretty large also, im wondering why we never heard of the incident on this site.
more information anyone?
