gray "aliens" are us

I have a theory on grays, i think they could possibly be humans from the future. Humans have evolved over millons of years and will continue to evolve. Thesegrays have discovered how to travel back in time and due to some sort of epidemic in the future the only hope of saving themselves is to travel back in time and abduct humans to extract the genetic code to try and help cure themselves. They have their base on the dark side of the moon so we cant interact with them and alter the timeline and change their future. The gentic disease affecting the could be the result of prolonged space dwelling or even a genetic weapon from some other hostile alen species that we are at war with in the future.

If so, I wish our brethren would drop us a few morsels of 'truth', or at least some new technology - though it may be they have already done both and we just don't know it.

i dont think the laws of temporal mechanics would allow them to prevent the epidmicfrom happening because if they go back and stop it from every happening then they would have no reason in the future to come back to stop it happening so wouldnt come back and stop it...kinda like the grandfather paradox

Not sure why, but when I was reading your post, I couldn't help but think of that 90's movie -Fire in the sky- where a forest logger gets "abducted". According to his story, they all look smooth and grey with big black eyes, because that's actually there space suit your seeing.

I don't believe this, but it is interesting to think about, and your post just made it pop it my mind, sorry if its a little off subject, but this can fit in with your theory. Say people are coming from the future, who's to say that big eyed Grey your seeing isn’t some snazzy new astronaut/time-travel type suit? It would be logical to think that humans in the future would want to ware a protective suit while making the trip. Heck don't today's fighter pilots ware some fairly goofy lookin stuff? (reminds me of snufolofogus from sesame street).

Really who’s to say how humans will evolve, maybe since we’re becoming more dependent on technology and less on our body (using our minds as our primary calorie consumer) we'll shrink in height and are craniums will continue to enlarge.
And while we’re down this rabbit hole, who’s to say what the effects of time travel would have on there body’s/minds. Maybe it would be physically dangerous for them to remove there suit even in there ship, so that’s why they don’t…?

Okay sort of went off there, keep in mind I don't really believe anything I was just saying, its all just a some-what interesting theory.

I've seen a documentary about genetically engineering humans with animal and insect dna to adapt them to live on other planets with different eco-systems. Even to the point the take on features of the used animals and insects.
So it could explain the greys and reptillians.

hi thanks for the reply i dont know if i beleive what i posted as well!!! i just think its a interesting sounding theory and hopefully get people thinking outside the box. regards ur spacesuit idea i thinks that entirely possible. Maybe if your from a differant time you have to wear a protectve it could be due to something really simple like maybe the bugs and germs in our time could kill grays as they have lost the immunity to fight them or it could be some form of time travel radition which means they need a suit.

Great minds think alike.. This is something I thought about before discovering ATS.

It will be a while before we evolve... if we ever do. Instead of changing to suit our environment as we have done since recent times (evolved), we now have the technology and techniques to change our environment to suit us.

So the question remains... When or Will we continue to evolve?

it's an old theory. i can't say for sure it's not true, but i feel they are our kin but NOT our descendants.

however we could fall into a similar fate they have, if we don't wisen up this century.

I find this scenario unlikely. Not because I don't think the Greys could be us, or that time travel is impossible, but because we currently have a complete enough understanding of genetics that we're able to custom build our own unique organisms from scratch. For now, they're just basic single celled organisms or small changes to specific genes in complex organisms - but our understanding is growing exponentially. Genetics are not mystical or innately unknowable. It's a chemical reaction. It's a code, like binary, which uses 4 different base states rather than 2. A, G, C, T - instead of 1's and 0's. As such, it can be understood and mastered - just as computer code can be.

I simply find it highly unlikely that if Greys really exist, that an advanced technological society such as theirs does not have the level of mastery over genetics beyond our current technology in roughly the same proportions their mastery of space travel is beyond our own. They would not need us for anything, except perhaps for a better understanding of history.

If this idea were true it would seemingly rule out a lot of the sightings and their claims. Like the ones about the greys being the helpers or drones to the tall blonde headed aliens.

Not nessercerily, who knows what the future in robotics may bring. It might be just that of the Greys as described by abducties.

Assuming your refering to the episode of UFO hunters where the woman describes the Greys as helpers to tall blonde haired Aliens; you should have also attained the fact that she described their touch as being cold and lifeless. In my mind this presents the idea of a robot or drone. We're not so far off creating such technology in present day.

Take the ASIMO robot built by honda for example.

Also, say for example time travel was possible in present day and we did go back in time; I am sure the first thing we would do when exploring the unknown would be to send out drones first. Beagle and the Space Rover for example. Our future offspring will have take exploring the past as exploring new planets in space. For cautiousness, safety and the fear of un-certainty.

I don't really believe the alien-greys are us from the future. I don't even know if there are any little grey men.

But this is an interesting theory and I will try to add to it in a positive manner.

I'm sure that many of you have heard or read about the "Singularity" and how humans will meld with machines to jump start our own controlled evolution and eventually become immortal uber-menschen.

Perhaps these greys are refugees from the future who are the product of the Singularity, and have travelled back in time to warn us of the dangers of this path that we seem to be on?

Perhaps the Singularity isn't as beneficial to humanity as we like to imagine, maybe it is part of some sinister conspiracy to get us to willingly place ourselves under the yoke of a NWO style government and total economic slavery of the entire human race, with the Singularity as the catalyst to install hardware and software to totally and completely control us. Basically turn us into bio-mechanical drones that toil away for the profit and pleasure of the ultra-elite.

So maybe they "greys" are good guys and are trying to prevent us from becoming like them.

Not that I believe any of this, but it interesting to think about while surfing on the tubes.

PS if anyone turns this into a script and makes millions, I want at least a sandwich out of this!
