That's right. All police officers are brutal ogres in uniform. You should hope to never cross paths with one. If you do, you're pretty much screwed because everyone knows that all policemen and women have angry tempers and are just looking to beat the hell out of someone with their clubs.

Geez, do you even realize how STUPID all-inclusives like the crap you spout make you sound??? Are you so simple-minded that you let a few bad apples spoil the entire bunch? Seriously??? I have an uncle who has been a cop for 31 years. He had to use lethal force once in his entire career and it was in self-defense.

Yeah, I know. You're only what - 19? Your old enough not to be so ignorant.

The interesting thing is that he is on video after his "assault" by the police. It seems more like he was caught up in the crowd, got bumped around a little by the police, then later had a heart attack.

I don't know if there was a real connection.

Okay man.... Let me wait until you're not expecting it. Then let me charge behind you and shove you violently to the floor (with your hands in your pockets) and then a few minutes later, If you were to have a heart attack.... There's absolutely no doubt him being knocked to the floor and harassed by the police led to his heart attack. Imagine how you'd feel if you were basically assaulted by your "protectors" while you were just walking home, minding your own business. The shock to his system, combined with an undoubtedly elevated heart rate and increased blood pressure created a powder-keg situation which led to his heart attack.

That isn't to say the fellow wasn't prone to having a heart attack, but that doesn't excuse the police for assaulting him, and it certainly doesn't take away their responsibility for his death. You can't just go around shoving innocent people about, on the hopes that they have the constitution to survive your brutality. It's inexcusable.

The channel 4 footage that shoves the police hitting him is quite eye opening. Not to mention the fact that officers involved haven't come forward. I knew it was gonna be uphill battle to get their names, but we know that the cop is probably left handed.
