'Flying Object' Over Sea of Japan

The upcoming rocket launch by North Korea has Japan on high alert. Maybe it was just nerves, but they erroneously announced the rocket launch, and attributed the mistake to a "flying object" over the sea of Japan. Maybe they are being monitored while they monitor?

TextGovernment officials pinpointed the error as originating at an Air Self-Defense Force radar station, in Chiba Prefecture, which had detected a "flying object" over the Sea of Japan.
