Everyone participating in the mail tea party should consider that they are paying to have those letters delivered; so, this is the equivalent of the millions of pieces of junk mail that businesses send out in this country every day. You are actually helping the system. To stage a proper protest, make the delivery and return address the same--with no postage. The tea bags will be returned to sender (president, congress-person, governor, etc). This is a tactic used by sales businesses so that if the sender forgets postage, they still get the sale.
