Yes, COLBERT was the name voted on the most...I even voted for it. But NASA did state from the beginning that they reserved the right to ultimately name it what they want, so really no use complaining about it.

The same way the shuttle supplies drinking water - its fuel cells that generate electrical power produce pure water as a byproduct. The ISS does not use fuel cells for power as it needs continuous solar energy. The orion capsules will also use solar energy and will need to find another way to get their water as well.
