I'm not siding with North Korea. Again, as they have done with their Nuclear Power program they are probably trying to do with this launch... extort money from other nations. However one thing I am not clear on is how do we know it is a missile and not a satellite? It would be just like North Korea to spread false rumors that it is actually a missile to scare us into its blackmail scheme. Did they not say it was a satellite?
...maybe it is indeed time to call their bluff and end this charade.

It has something to do with the trajectory of the missile/rocket which determines if it's a missile/satellite.

Yes we have anti-satelite missiles. So does Great Britain and several other of our allies. Taking out the satelite would still be construed as an act of war.
I totaly agree that they should stay away from it , but things would not be so simple taking in consideration the way USA acted during the last years.

For the well-being of America , if a war occurs , your government should stay out of it , by well-being I meant for your economic health , of course you could crush them , but funding that would put you all in the grave . This conflict should involve the regional powers only , South Korea and Japan .

I personally think Japan should shoot it down if it goes over their territory. And once NK declare war, Japan needs to open up a can of whupping on them. Basically, I am getting tired of NK rhetoric and threats. It is about time somebody shuts them up.

And this period of waiting full of expectations before it finally happens is pretty bad too I'm quite worried , the neighbours in the region are famous for being .... special , and an escalation could be the perfect reason for China to attempt an invasion of Taiwan . Can't wait until 4 april but I hope everyone will calm down ...
Plus I don't really know a lot of things on your president , I used to know a lot about the former Pres. , but I've never seen Obama's reactions in such a context of tension . I hope he will keep his calm !!!!!
Thats too bad no NKorean people can tell us what's the feeling there ...But I bet they're ready since they announced launch date

North Korea has begun fueling its long-range rocket, according to a senior U.S. military official. The fueling signals that the country could be in the final stages of what North Korea has said will be the launch of a satellite into space as early as this weekend, the senior U.S. military official said Wednesday.
