wouldnt Iran be completely surrounded if US occupied Pakistan? i mean, i'm no geography master, so I cannot recall if Iran touches border with any smaller countries. but from what I remember, they would be surrouded by US military on land and US Navy at sea. has it been the plan all along? maybe China is using all of their resources on trying to cripple us electronically cuz they cant really do anything in the mideast that would not start a war between the two.

Washington DC?????

I can see the area getting beefed up in security spending money galore and in the end the terrorists would strike elsewhere.

Seems like Obama may have to turn his attention to foreign policy the more he gets involved in Afghanistan.

Obama's support numbers are on the rise not declining.

No!
Pakistan is to the east of Afghanistan and Afghanistan is to the east of Iran we are headed away from Iran but good point people tend to forget that we are already sitting on both sides of Iran.

I wouldn't take this warning to seriously, after all they wouldn't tip the good people of Washington off if they were going to try and bomb them would they. Also, you don't make threats like this until the bomb is set in place. Why allow washington to up it's quota of terrorist specialists and highly trained police officers? If you're one of these scum bag terrorists that's only going to make your job harder and doom your plan to failure.
This warning was given just to disrupt people and stop them forgetting that terrorism hasn't gone away. The IRA did it all the time.

Interesting! Is this, like Bin Laden, another case of a dead man sending messages from the grave?

www.legitgov.org...

Gotta love the photo of this guy from the BBC. Under all that stuff it could be my granny (and she's dead too).

Foxnews? I'm willing to bet this "commander" doesn't even exist and this is just another fake news story to spread fear and gain support for more bogus wars.

why didn't they track the call?

and this will most likely be the excuse the U.S. uses to go to war with Pakistan...

Looks like the CIA is on the case...thank Goodness for Caller ID

Oh no-o-o-o-o, that will never happen.
We have Barack in the White House and we all know everyone loves Barack.
We all know they want nothing more than to sing Kumbaya with us now that Bush is no longer Prez.

Somebody better tell the detainees Al Qaeda and the Taliban don't really exist before they are released from Gitmo.

All these terror threats, all these inside jobs that seem transparent to the masses, is this just one big Trueman show for the powers at work and we are just the audiance in the theatre being scared at the gory parts and the film makers find it funny as they play their lies on stage- or is that called acting? Okay show over.

I think that homeland security can be trusted to counter any future attack in the US.

Our new baby agency? I should like to think so!
Unfortunately, I tend to lean that:

We are sitting ducks regardless! Any body can come in-anybody can leave. I wouldn't try it though...

If his numbers are rising you should inform the following people:

Obama's Poll Numbers are falling to Earth

PEW: Obama's poll numbers are slipping

Economy drives Obama's numbers lower than Bush's

Obama's Poll numbers continue to fall

If you suspect a potential bio/chem/dirty rad attack, my suggestion is that you look for camps of their own trainee terrorists that have died off. These terrorist leaders do not give a fart in a bag about their people, and would use their own people to test out the effects and set up of the attack.

A quick prayer to Allah for the "warriors" giving themselves to test the attacks out, and everything is all good by them.

Has their in the last year been camps of terrorists who've suddenly all died from something? Yes, there has been.

So the taliban just successfully pulled off two terror attacks where 3 and 1 person(s) respectively were killed. Not to marginalize those deaths, but if this is the scale of their operations why all the fear mongering about massive casualties in Washington? It's a serious question are you guys seeing something I'm not?

Let me be just the latest to point this out to you ...

Where were you?

The department of Homeland Security was created after 9/11.
