This is NOT a rare event. Sadly women in England are being targeted and raped daily. British Women Pay High Price for Multiculturalism as the government doesn't want to "offend" the Muslims in their country. But they let them get away with any thing they want! And even worse when they are caught doing some thing illegal what do they claim? Its not a crime under THEIR law so they shouldn't be punished. Running a kiddie sex ring? that first line? Ok, where does it state that this attacker said anything about "Its not a crime back in their home country so according too them they shouldn't be punished. "

Actually there have been some instances where illegal immigrants have gotten into the country and found them selves without any thing (money, place to stay etc) So they have intentionally commeted crimes specifically to get arrested... Once arrested they are detained, get a chance to learn english, of course they are fed and housed and get free legal help.

Not saying that's the case here - but it does happen.

If the man claims that the act was consensual sex, there is very little that the woman can do to refute this. Islam places the burden of avoiding sexual encounters of any sort on the woman. So guess what? Back in their country all they have to do is say it wasn't rape and it magically isn't rape. Fortunately in England this doesn't fly, usually.

As for rape done by English men? They're punished. Muslim men? First you have to pussyfoot around the issue. Second you have to worry about their fellow brethren revolting and burning the city down. Then you have to deal with his defense that under Sharia Law it isn't a crime. Since England is bending over backwards to be "open" they can actually get away with this. In several European Countries they are actually doing two seperate courts, their court and Sharia court.

Who are you, Billo? A woman should be able too wear any thing she wants with out being raped. A man should have enough moral fiber too act like women are fine art at a museum, look but don't touch.

But when they come from a country where women are garbage too be kicked around and used as you want this is what you get. WHen they move to your country and act under their law you have problems! They moved to a new country they need to follow those laws! Just because raping women is the national past time of your country doesn't mean you can keep doing it once you move.

No, you should NOT follow the laws of the country you are in.

You SHOULD hold yourself to a standard of following the laws of Human Rights and Freedoms. You should follow the ethics of being alive and not an animal. Laws, even the best laws, are MINIMUM STANDARDS.

Even if you follow the law, the law is not everything. There is a point in yourself and to others that is beyond those basic requirements even when those requirements in many societies are so damn low. YOU should hold yourself to a much higher standard of values, rights and life.
