I've noticed that I don't see to many people on here that are real young. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not calling anyone old...I was just wondering if I'm one of the youngest people on the site.

I'm 17 for 21 more days...is anyone close to that?

Oh sweetie you're just a baby!! But rest assured there's lots of other people on here who are in their 20's---------thats pretty young and if you are the youngest it makes you kinda special d'ont you think! Now I wonder who is the oldest?
Also it's great that you're interested in expanding your mind on ats.

Well I'm closeish to your age, I am in my early twenties. I know some other members who are on the younger side (under 20). And some of them have some excellent posts and bring some alternative views to the table. It's great to see a diverse range of people on ATS...

Age is just a number my friend
it doesn't actually mean all that much in terms of anything that is actually relevant. Age has no effect on your intelligence, your willingness to learn, or your ability to think.

I think the youngest member is 13 (maybe 14 now.)
Artemisfowl? Am I remembering that right?
My son would be the youngest, but he doesn't post anymore.

I wonder who is the oldest!!!
Is there anyone here over 70??? That would be great!

I was born in April 1962, but I don't even consider the age of any member when I read a thread. Your opinion or point of view is just as valid as any other member when you post on ATS.

Age is only a number that has no bearing on intelligence or the thoughts you have on a subject.

Life experience and education can bring so much to a topic, but I would actually encourage the younger members to post their views no matter what they are.
You might just teach us older folks a thing or two.

(My niece is almost 10 and she has a few posts on these boards....)

EDIT: I want to add a thank-you to Admin and Staff for creating an environment that is safe for people of any age to view threads and share their thoughts on multiple subjects.
ATS is a place on the web for everyone to participate.

I was born in 1586.

But I still feel young. Age is just a number.

Hey! I heard that! But you know, Simon Gray isn't that much older then me! (According to the interview a few years ago).

I don't know who the oldest person is on ATS... But my bet would go to: mr wupy because his knowledge and demeanor make me think he's been around the block a few times.

Or to Sauron - because a guy who can open a beer bottle with his eye, has obviously drank more booze then I have (and I can hold my own in the bar scene).
