Geoengineering Strategies

Among all geoengineering schemes, those currently considered most feasible involve increasing the planetary albedo, that is, reflecting more sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed. There are a number of different methods that could be used to increase the planet’s reflectivity:

1. Add more small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere (the stratosphere which is located between 15 and 50 kilometers above the Earth’s surface).

2. Add more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (the troposphere)

3. Place various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.

4. Change large portions of the planet’s land cover from things that are dark (absorbing) such as trees to things that are light (reflecting) such as open snowcover or grasses.

Seems the CFR is discussing ways to control the temperature of the planet. Could this give more validity to the whole chem trail theory?

What other possible applications could this be used for?

They are simply looking for ways to save themselves, and maybe the rest of us along with them as a side effect.

Can't have the world end from global warming when they are so close to ruling the world.

So, first it was global warming... Which they are now saying isn't happening, its "Climate Change" I do agree our climate is changing, but we don't even know exactly how.

This is just another example of how we refuse to address the cause, just sow a patch over it.

Right these things, which are experimental, and im betting fairly hard if not impossible to do.
Have nothing to do with planes spraying lines of white stuff into the sky.
Obviously that would be of no benefit at all and would just dissipate as quick as they put it there.
If you got every single plane on the planet doing it all at once in 24 hour shifts.
It would make no different.
Can you try and fathom the size of the earth?
These theories are the same, as when the Ozone layer was apparently depleting.
They said, "Lets just send up space shuttles, and re gas the atmosphere".
Now, its apparently NOT the Ozone layer anymore.
Its carbon dioxide?
You see its hard to make an Ozone layer tax.
Its easier to make a carbon tax.

These were the schemes considered most feasible? Sheesh...

Maybe they want to deflect the sun so they can sell us their lab food on a global scale, since we can use the sun to grow food that limits the GM food industry from creating foods that grow in test tubes.
