I want to thank you guys for the kind words. I am sure that there are some members that may also have the same mindset, and after seeing how reassuring and loving everyone is, I am SURE that more members will participate. I know that I am glad that I did.

Its hard knowing we live in a judgmental world, but I guess I should've known better... this is ATS, the only place on the web, with the best members!

yep it's a Squier Stratocaster from the eighties. I'm glad i found it

Iv owned 2 squires in my days and loved both. If I closed my eyes I couldn't tell the difference between a 80's or 90's squire and a USA made strat so thumbs high on the pic and the south paw strat

If the serial number begins with an "e", if from the eighties. An "n" ,nineties and such.The fender company moved production in china in the nineties so not all fender and Squier are made in USA. Squier is the lower quality of Fender co

I agree and I think for a short time the squires were made in Korea at least that was what a friend told me both of mine were the US squires I have a 73 US fender strat now and wouldnt sell it for the world.

Mine is a f series 3953xx the s series was a Japanese made from 1994-1996 if I remember right.
The only others with the S in the serial are the Signature series with se,sn and sz made from the 80's up till I believe now if Im right?
I give a little over 3 grand for it 4 years ago and she is a purdy blond.
