Well I just noticed you are an Aussie (I think) so that sun is great....Here in the UK we all look 10 years older cos we have no sun

Fell off my bike. The crank came off!
Somehow didn't break my spectacles (not included in photo), but hurt my hand and back too...

However, back on my bike (new crank and all) and carrying on

ouch!

No, it was my pushbike...crank (pedal) fell off :/
