While I appreciate the compliment, unfortunately that is Khaleesi from Game of Thrones

People here are aesthetically pleasing. I especially like the Stonehenge (didn't know Washington had one) and jungle/waterfall photos.

This was taken from a webcam 2 years ago. This was when I still went to the gym. This is my inspiration to stop being lazy, but I can't help it.


After 6 hours of combat. Hmm, I worry about posting this on ATS. Maybe some conspiracy buff will notice the...forget it.


At the Grand Canyon just a few weeks ago.


I spent a week on the Strip and saw about everything...but I really admired the Egyptian style architecture so 3/8 of the photos I took were at the Luxor.
(yeah that's the same shirt as as 2 yrs ago, it's sturdy)

You're welcome. 2,000 Earth years? Give our ships more credit! I was here before when Plato was still alive (but he was a kid, the Peloponnesian War and Alcibiades were far more entertaining).

My new tattoo, Mblah, eat your heart out

Today I was taking some photos of the new casita - little house. It is tiny, inside. 2 bedrooms and a living room with the inner bedroom converted into a large closet - so a one bedroom house for now, still construction to be done upstairs when I get around to it.

I took a moment at the patio bar in front of the mirror - actually one-way glass mirrored on the patio side and looking out from the laundry room - yeah, it has a lot of out-building structures, three baths, patios. I wanted to try getting my own photo from that mirror. You all have my avatar photo but that is around 8 years-old now, and with my hair touched-up for color. Here is a fresh shot from today -



Here are a few shots from around the house. I built this for outdoor living with an outdoor kitchen and a lot of living space in several patio areas with a garden. The house is not "finished" but with construction completed it will be finished slowly as the mood strikes. Still have some temporary furniture from the other houses while I camp out and turn it into a home.

The entryway with the baños behind me, the cantina doors lead into the laundry room and the large baño for Señora Eron. You can see the sink from the small baño, mine, located outside for those carne asada gatherings and remedy for greasy hands -

My temporary camp in the living room, computer desk to the left, toys to the right - Yamaha bass, Dean solid body guitar in its bag. Fender Stratocoustic in the center, and a Yamaha keyboard to the extreme right. Photo was taken from my couch-bed - awwwp.. my foot caught in the shot.



That is the short tour. My corner of life in the central highlands of Mexico.
