Well I cant speak for the content available on this site, but I have never personaly witnessed this video on here before, nor engaged in discussion over it , and where a vid like this crops up, I tend to put my questions to the poster.
Have you got any information from the original content provider on where exactly this happened ? Time of day, wind direction, nearest local airports/military installations ? That kind o nonsense?
Im gonna get in quick on this and say ... NOT GODAMN FLARES !!

ps real or fake , this thread is favourited and flagged. Its just an awesome looking vid and I cant wait to see what the boffins make of it .

That video looks alot like the " Dominican and Haiti" UFO videos, compare them and see what I mean, unfortunately my phone makes it hard for me to post the videos I mentioned.
