Hello fellow ATS'ers! I've found myself sleeping at odd hours during different times of the day. I had a reasonably good sleep pattern when I was
working, but now that I am currently unemployed, I've found myself staying awake long hours, sleeping more than the average human needs too, or
sleeping for only a few hours and feeling like I've slept a whole nights sleep! Any one else have or had this problem? I've always had a bed time of
sorts, usually between 10-11:30PM, but I feel that I can't seem to do that anymore, not sure if this should be in the rant forum or not, this seems
like one to me lol! I should be in bed now as I have things I need to do in about 6 hrs. Any tips, tricks, pointers, hacks or advice? I'm not much of
a coffee drinker and i don't drink much soda so I'm not exposed to caffeine most of the time. :bnghd:
