Schoolgirl recording 'shows UFO'

TheSun.co.uk and the Worldview blog is reporting the following story:



Stunned schoolgirl Harriet Rogers is convinced that the bright light seen above her home in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, was alien life.

The 13-year-old captured the odd spherical shape on camera as it moved across the night sky and bizarrely started to change colour.

She then jumped in the car with dad Barry and tailed the glowing ball as it hovered high above her house, about eight miles from RAF Cosford in Shrops.

Harriet said: “At first we thought it was a helicopter but then my dad went outside but could not hear any rotary blades.

“To the human eye, it just looked like a bright light but, on the cam-recorder we could see it pulsing, then suddenly changing colours.”

Can anyone explain the sudden flash and light bolt between the original light and a second one that appears momentarily at ~1:03 in the vid.

To me, that one-second flash was the most interesting part of the clip, but neither the OP nor the accompanying Worldview/Sun article mentions it whatsoever.

Other than that, well, hard to say - does not differ much from the myriad other fuzzy-pulsating-light-in-the-sky we've seen hundreds, if not thousands of, already.

p.s. What IS that flash at 1:03?

There is no point of reference but that does NOT look like the night sky. It looks like some surface is being filmed close up and out of focus and something is being projected on that surface.

Nothing about this video seems real. nothing.

In-spite if this, I don't see anything in the video that appeas to be legit.

One article claims there is over 7 minutes of video. I have not found a video that long as of yet.

Thanks, I did not find that thread when I was searching. It is hard sometimes to ensure another thread has not already been started. I do beleive my thread adds to the story and provides links to valuable information.

And that is probably another good indicator that its fake.
When the real thing happens no one wants to cover it. When a fake comes up that will make Ufology look bad the press are all over it.

No one has noticed this? remember the official news coverage that Profit Yahweh got? He was an obvious nutjob hoaxer just trying to scam people out of their money and the news teams were all over it.
