TAPSCON and TAPS beware of Brent Fair rip off

It seems that Brent Fair who runs the T.A.P.S conventions is in a bit of hot water for not providing people with what they pay for.

Mr Fair has supposedly not paid the money that he owes the Biltmore Hotel for TAPSCON1 but went ahead and sold tickets for TAPSCON2 at the same hotel. The hotel of course refuses to allow the convention to go ahead while he still owes money, this leaves the problem that he will not refund the money to all of the people who paid for TAPSCON2.

His excuse for not paying is that he has not, of yet, failed to produce a the service so no refund is due.

Now to be fair this is not a problem with Jason or Grant but does throw their good name a few problems.

In addition, Mr. Hawes assured me he and Grant had nothing to do with Tapscon1 or with Tapscon2. He went on to tell me he would go in front of a camera and tell the world he had nothing to do with Tapscon1 or Tapscon2. Personally, I believe Mr. Hawes for he was very adamant and convincing.
