Okay, here's a direct link to the video.
It's a video of a storm. What looks like a couple of eyes in the sky with possibly a tornado coming onto the right of the camera. Probably just going to be another one of those things where your mind is made to look for certain objects and it turns out to be nothing.

If I saw anything, I saw a falcon. But I think it's just the light breaking through and the minds eye making pictures, I think*. (*denotes a personal opinion or thought. )
