Non-believers, do you wish God was/is real?

I am a non believer in Christ, God and the entire texts associated with religions, well in actual fact particularly the texts associated with religion but that is another issue altogether.

However I can openly say I wish that a God was indeed real, I was just wondering does anybody else wish God is/was real and if so why do they wish the 'lord' is real?

(I'll respond with my reasoning in later post, just so that this original post stays very too the point rather than a wall of text)

This is a first.
usually people go out of their way to disprove God because they don't want him to be real because of their lifestyles.
