I remember one time my mother and I were exiting the post office. The exit is like this long driveway type thing. As we were driving out, a dark-colored car stopped infront of us. The windows were soooo tinted, I couldn't even see an outline of the person. They were there for about a minute and then backed up and drove away.

They had a government license plate.

This is scary. The best thing you could do is call your cops or get a gang of friends together

I could go in-depth about surveillance and counter surveillance techniques but you should just google it. Or use common sense. On foot and in a car the block trick always works. Go around the same block for as many times as possible. Were talking ten to twenty or more and see if you are being followed. It's a trick that couriers for gangs and dealers use. While it won't exactly "save" you it will at least tell you something about who is following you.

Dude...let me see if I'm understanding you right...you called 911 and got the 'emergency' operator, you told them of what was going on, and then they said 'they' (the alleged stalkers) couldn't hurt you and that they (the supposed publicly financed law enforcement organizations) could not help you?

If you are not pranking us, and I'd like to believe that you are not, then you should:

1) IMMEDIATELY call again and ask for them to send a cruiser to your house to file a formal police report.

2) If they refuse, get the name of the emergency operator and anyone else you talk to, their operator/badge number, and

3) file a formal complaint in person in the nearest internal affairs / administration office and/or city and county administrators office. Then:

4) get on the phone and start calling your state police hq and file the same report.

5) The next order of business if you don't get satisfaction is to start emailing your staty Attorney's General office, tell them what has transpired and

6) phone your state district congressmen and the U. S. Representative and Senator for your area and give them all of the data you have compiled, including the names and positions of the people you have chatted with to this point.

It's fascinating to me that you've got people on this board telling you to get a gun and slink around like Jason Bourne or James Bond. That is not your job...we all pay taxes that go to salaries for people that are supposed to "protect and serve." Make them earn their pay, for crying out loud!!!

Yes, i was quite stunned at the amount of people that brouht up violence as an answer to this issue.
I think jdub has fled, and a few miles away from where all this is going on.
And you are right about going up until the ladder stops, but for some reason i think hes a little scared to "go over" any of the contact with the po-po.

I called the 911 operator and blah blah then she asked my name. Then she goes please hold. That is when I was transferred I guess to that guy. I am more than a few miles away ! I have my computer and everything set up so I am operating off of my home ISP so if they track my IP it looks as if I am still at the house..!! IDK how to get all of those numbers to call and, If they have my name on a local list of some sort I am sure it would be on a state level.!!

Interesting thread. I don't buy it from what has been revealed thus far but to give you the benefit of the doubt I will not say more about that. Like previous posters have said call the police again. If nothing call state police or you could just call them first. If you get the same brush off call the FBI and call your state and federal representatives and senators and send them a well written of what has transpired so far. You could also call TV stations and radio. You could take out an ad in the paper recording what has transpired.

about slinking around I suggested firstly shooting would be bad under both conditions, whether it was government or mafia, only suggested taking a gun if on foot trying to gain santuary somewhere else in case people tried to apprehend him. I agree with your tactics on calling the police , the fbi, in fact I have a few friends in the fbi that would help if that is what jdub wants. I wish without any bravado that I could be there to help with the situation, but we don't have a clue where he even resides. I don't reccomend violence unless confronted with a kidnapping situation or a firearm exchange takes place, I don't recommend any james bond tactics or jason born tactics, but in reality if its thugs you need to protect yourself, if need be. Whatever is going on, if it was associated with this website, I am sure by now with the publicity of this thread, they would of backed off already, they must be clueless to its existance, which is my first thought anyways. One day I came home for lunch, it was a nice day out. warm like today, and I seen a white surburban roll up to my neighbors house, six guys got out with there faces covered by hoods, dressed in para military clothing. They surrounded my neighbors house, and all had sidearms out, glocks and sigs. There was absolutely no markings or uniforms, there was no police tags or badges, it looked as if thugs were taking my neighbor hood down, I grabbed my mossberg with 00 bucks and headed for the front door not knowing what was going on, I made all the rest of my family enter the basement. I called 911 and asked them if they new of an operation going on in my neighborhood , told them I was armed and ready to confront the assailants, I was told to back down, that it was a search warrant enforcement from our local drug enforcement group. They kicked in his door and had everyone handcuffed on the lawn in about three minutes, then proceded to use the house for a sting. seems the rental property they were in was a daytime distribution for meth, they only sold during the daytime to prevent anyone who was working, which is everyone on this side of the street from knowing they were dealing. I was two seconds away from getting it in with the po po. I would of liked to see at least one guy wearing a badge or police jacket in this. Its possible that it isn't him that is being watched but the area itself , like in the situation I was in. When I see masked guys kicking my neighbors door in without yelling police, Im going to help them out if you know what i mean. It could of gotten real ugly, I think the response he got from calling 911 was there inadequate way of telling him they knew about the operation and let him know he was in no danger, but to just let things go so there op didn't go south.

Thanks for the over whelming support guys. I have talked to my friend and he says he hasn't seen any weird vehicles or anything. I have check my U2U's and one guy offered me a place to stay.. Sadly I can't travel that far.. I have still been active on this site, looking and browsing. I really have nothing else to do besides...Keep my eyes pelled and get on the net.. I got to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday..There is nothing strange going on where I am at.. I will be leaving in the moring. I will disclose where I am at right now so If any is along my journey maybe we can meet up.. (Memphis Tenn) This isn't where I live but I am here now. I WILL BE LEAVING IN THE MORNING!! Around 6am (Maybe Sooner.) I am staying at the Benchmark Hotel, in room 125. If anyone is wondering why I gave out the info U2U me and I will tell you.

First of all, this is the stupidest thing you can do they will try and court commit you as mentally unstable.

When I first became aware of conspiracies, and utilized the internet to find more info, I was "watched" for awhile also.

They go away, they tend to stick around for about a month.

can you give an example of what happened to you in hopes of helping our friend here?

Well, when I first dabbled in on ATS, other sites....


I would see the same truck pass by my house everyday, ladder in the back, same position, everyday. Guy was on a cellphone, with sunglasses everyday.

Then social security vans started going down my street everyday.


I got a kick out of it, so I actually saw how often they'd come down my street (Fairy active street.)

They came about the same time everyday, usually once at 9, once at noon, once at 3, once at 5. (The S.S. van and the guy with the truck with the ladder that never moved)

I got a kick out of it, so I started posting up on the fence right along side the street, and mean mugging them every time they drove by(staring directly at them with a not so happy look).

Eventually, I was out on a drive and I had noticed what looked to me a similar looking guy in a similar looking truck, with a E license plate(exempt) behind me. Guy had sunglasses on and was on the cellphone just like the guy that drove down my street everyday

Didn't think to much of it, kept going, made a few turns, off of my route. He followed me, until I sped up made a sharp turn with on comeing traffic, and got to where I was going.

A few days later, I walk down to my local mart to grab a red bull(gotta love em), and two guys from the local department of health and sanitary services walk into the market. They are talking with the clerk and checking things out, but keep looking directly at me like I'm a culprit or something.

I walk outside with my drink, there's guy with the truck and the stationary ladder that is brand new and looks like it hasn't even seen a light fixture installation. On the cellphone.

So I get pissed off, go home, do my thing.

They continued going by my house, not sure if I was followed or not after that, however I did see that S.S. van everywhere I went, and I haven't seen it for along time, and I still travel the same roads.

I would wave and stuff at the guy in the truck and the SS van, make retarded faces etc.

Eventually they left me be.

I think they're trying to track out revolutionist missionaries, establishments, etc. for whatever they have in store.

All speculation.

Who knows, right?

I give a * less about what they want with me. All I care about is my family, and my health.

You know I have always been a popular guy throughout the years, so I know a little bit about this stuff first hand. It's the price I pay for being a snappy dresser!

Now there are a lot of very obvious reasons that various law enforcement and intelligence agents would follow a person. Usually it is most often because they have a investigative interest in the person of some type.

More often than not it is because they think you are up to something that they would like to better document. Sometimes it's because they want to document and investigate and keep close tabs on you so that if you are thinking about fleeing their jurisdiction or going into hiding they can swoop in and detain you.

If you can see them and you can easily see them they certainly represent no threat to your life and limb and they truly don't think you are a grave danger either.

Even in a small town the best surveillance would be hard to detect on a top priority target. They would use an elaborate network of walkers/watchers who would be completely innocuous, women walking little dogs, men jogging in track suits, the occasional delivery truck driver passing by, the occasional repair truck and crew, little old ladies and men strolling by. Etc., Etc., if you drove or walked anywhere they would use multiple teams of parallel drivers or strollers. If they had to appear talking into anything or anyone it would only be to whisper a change of direction or status with you. They would still keep on going and another team would move in from another direction to pick you up. If they really thought you were a threat and out to get you they would give you that kind of first class treatment.

So what ever your problem is, it isn't serious...

In today's electronic age a low level possible threat can have their movements tracked remotely to look for a suspicious pattern that would warrant and actual team.

They only become obviously seen when they want to rattle you, and they only want to spend that kind of time and money if there is at least a good lead or a possible arrest from something that a specific department would see value in.

The narcotics squad wouldn't be surveying you if they thought you were involved in a burglary ring. The ATF wouldn't be surveying you if they thought you were involved in counterfeiting. Local Vice wouldn't be after you if they thought you were into Political Activities, etc. etc.

Somewhere somehow somebody got some credible intelligence to pass on to a specific department that saw a real specific reason to warrant spending money and resources.

So if you really haven't done anything wrong, then there are two possible reasons.

You are unknowingly frequenting some place where something is seriously going on and popped up on the Radar by accident. Your best friends apartment building just happens to also have a crack house or methlab running. Your favorite restaurant is the front for a numbers ring, bookie or card game type of thing and they are just trying to find out if the rest of your activity fits the profile of a passer by or a player.

They think you are a passer by if your surveillance is that obvious. Take a closer look at the places you frequent and ask what else could be going on here.

You would be surprised what you can detect with a truly observant and thoughtful eye. I once walked into a gas station/convenience store and repair garage in the early evening after the repair part was closed and the bay doors down, and while getting a pack of cigarettes at the cashier noticed that the small glass window to the entrance of the garage area behind the cashier had aluminum foil taped to cover it. I looked at the guy at the cash register, and pointed to the window and asked casually, "what are you shooting a porno in there?" He smiled and said yeah! How the heck did you know and knocked on the garage door to have someone open it inside so he could proudly and happily show me" This was a suburb in a smaller city not known for it's video art contributions. You never know what you might be stumbling into and around if you don't pay close attention and question yourself and occasionally others. The best criminals hide in plain sight to avoid suspicious secretive behavioral movements and patterns.

As I think at least one other person mentioned someone you know a very close friend or relative, maybe even a relative you never knew you had in a different part of the country or even the world is up for a top secret clearance and job can attract some attention.

Hit men move in quick, you don't see them coming or know that they are there until you hear the click. Kidnappers do the same.

Finally there is another kind of surveillance that can be great to have. For some reason you become a protected species, usually because you are involved with someone or some group that is a very protected species. They are now in this case not following you to persecute you, scare you, survey you, or get you into trouble or prevent you from causing trouble...they are their to clean up your mess so you never get in trouble. You are the guy they then stop and pull over briefly to detain you in a friendly way right before you pulled up to the crack house you didn't or did know about right before the bust goes down. You are the kind of person someone important and protected would find highly embarrassing if you got in trouble. They wouldn't tell you that if they detained you, but you would typically know for sure if they found some kind of contraband on you or in your car and gave it back and just told you to be more careful in the future about exposing yourself with certain things and situations.

They aren't always out to get you in trouble, it really depends on who you are and once again sometimes you can never be sure just who you know. I mean who the really are besides the persona and front they show you.

Every once in a real while its even because they have credible information someone might be out to get you. The manager at the Pizza place they have under surveillance just happens to think you saw into the back when they were cutting up Vinnie the Chins body and they have picked up some chatter about that.

What ever it is, if you can see them and they can see you, it's not anything a good lawyer can't get you out of or help you out of if and when they finally say hi if they ever do.

Take it as a good sign if it's real. After all if you aren't living on the edge you are taking up to much space.
