Gunman kills nine in Alabama rampage

uk.news.yahoo.com

A US gunman has shot dead at least nine people, including members of his own family, before taking his own life.

At least four other people, including a child, were injured in the rampage which took place across two counties in rural southern Alabama.

The shootings began in the town of Samson near the border with Florida.

The man burned down his mother's home, killed his grandparents, an uncle and aunt, and shot at apparent strangers on their porches as he drove by, authorities said.

gone mad? arguement with family? or a victim of the bailout and was going to live in the gutter?

a sad day when a family is destroyed by madness , but sadly occuring too often now.

could it be he was on prescribed medication and failed to take it that day? could that be the angel of the police?

Condolences to the relatives, is all i can say. In Europe we don't sell weapons to everyone, but that does't change the scenario very much. Who knows what happened to his brain? Some reactions can't be foresaid, even by the best specialist in the world. This is something that we won't never be able to stop, impeed, foresay, in my humble opinion.

Your right that doesn't change the scenario. Especially as just this day there was a killing in Germany. So much for stricter gun laws helping.

I have asked this on the other thread and I will ask here does anyone know anything of significance about March the 11th?

it is truly sad. My guess is the mother in law caused it with a narcistic personality disorder. All the other things going on brought it to a head.

it is a tragedy, like all the others
