Abilities, Experiences, Help

I thought I'd make this thread to go over how successful trying anything "psi-" related has been for ATS members.
So basically go over stories of things you can do or have done (psi-balls, meeting spirit guide, OBE's, telekinesis etc), and anything you want to do but need advice on. Hopefully, if this one works, (I don't have the best track record) we should have people helping each other out as well as telling stories, so "How do I-" threads can be contained in a smaller space.
Now I need a reply...
