I think the main argument is that it is a nuclear bomb, which, given all the safeguards in place to detect radioactive materials entering the city, would be next to impossible to build, in the city of New York (as the op dreamed was accomplished) without setting off every alarm on the eastern seaboard.

If anything, Gazz correctly predicted the weather for New York on 6/9/11: which is supposed to reach 100*F.
I hope thats the only thing we see correctly predicted. Other than that, this is a very interesting story and I bet it was fascinating to live it out in a vivid dream. Quite scary I can imagine.
