I came Across this article on MartialVerse.com and it shows a video that talks about ZaZen and the techniques and terms of ZaZen. it seems like a good video and the article is short, but gives some good reference to the video's maker and what not.


A Video Guide to ZaZen Meditation

Does someone practice ZaZen and is it easy to understand and try to practice it. it seems like seated meditation is one of the best ways to meditate. i personally have no tried ZaZen, but I am thinking about taking it up. give me your comments on it.
