infectious (??) rate is 5% and growing

when did they start taking records? before or after 9/11?

also, if this is a mental illness, what meds shall be prescribed? will i get disability status, so i can stay home and keep tabs on all those suspicious government agencies?

then again, they can use this fake diagnosis, along with a few other 'charges' and round even more people up....

I bet this report must be written by a psychiatrist. Day in and day out when they deal with psychiatric patients, then they become one. And true diagnostic becomes difficult for them.
