Whats passing buy the moon right now?

Definitely Venus. Was a rather nice conjunction tonight.

i was able to see this out in the back of my house tonight.. really quite a stunning sight from here, and i'm in large city with alot of light pollution.

Its been a while since I was on ATS but when I saw this from central Alberta around 2100hrs I had to come on and see what was up. Thanks ATS for making all my over-excited imagination dreams come true! I was really hoping this 'Planet' would start shooting freaking lazers or eating the moon but alas... thats for another time.
