Im sorry to see that you are so upset at our anticipation of seeing the video you promised.

Its just that its not often that a member in good standing has an experience and has acess to video of that experience. the way you presented this thread was sort of like dangling raw meat in front of a rabid dog. We were all foaming at the mouth!

We are excited because usually people who claim to have video end up to be hoaxing and we knew that you arent that type of person.

Im afraid there is no way to de-register. You just have to abandon the site.

I hope you change your mind. Not about the video but about leaving.

I have a great deal of respect for you and I must admit that I am taken aback by your latest post.

there was a few times when the thread started going off track but we have managed to control the thread very well. A mod hasnt even had to step in once that I can tell. Thats a big deal for a thread that has been growing like this.

That is something to be proud of you know, that mods havent had to break anything up. You run a great thread. This was one of the most interesting threads I have read in quite a while!

You have been around long enough to know that sometimes things get a bit rough in threads. if it gets big enough it is only natural that the conversation starts to drift post by post.

If you do actually, leave I will admit that I am going to be dissapointed. Not because I wont get to see your video but because in a way you sort of let us down for the first time.

I stood up for you saying that there is no way that Truther is not going to deliever and now you are talking about leaving and not coming back MANY people stood up for you here through out this whole thread.

I will be dissapointed that we would lose a valuable member to our society.

But im just rambling now... Like I said, you can not un register you just have to abandon your account.

Saw that one coming, and I don't blame you. You really shouldn't have bothered in the first place. I looked forward to the video and still hope you can upload to share, but if you haven't got it tonight, you will only have to read through more insults and I don't expect you will post it afterall.

Unfortunately you can't post about a sighting unless you have pics or video footage. You should have kept it to yourself until you had the whole portfolio assembled to post right at the onset, in which case it would be old news by then, and you would have got "why did you wait so long then?". You would be accused of photoshopping etc anyways.
It's a no win situation and why alot of sightings go unreported.

OMG OMG I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT. I SAW THIS THREAD FEW DAYS AGO AND I THOUGHT IT WAS A TOTAL BS. BUT OMG OMG I SAW IT I SAW THE BRIGHT LIGHT MY FRIEND TOLD ME YESTERDAY THE BRIGHT LIGHT WAS CLOSE TO THE MOON VERY CLOSE TO THE MOON BUT NOW TONIGHT IT HAD SOME DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE MOON. I WATCHED THE MOVEMENT OF THE BRIGHT LIGHT AS IT WAS DOWN. I TURNED AROUND FOR 5 MIN AND WHEN I LOOKED BACK IT WAS GONE. IT COULDNT OF BEEN GONE BECAUSE IT WAS WAYY TO UP IN THE SKY FOR IT TO MOVE THAT FAST AND BE GONE. AND THE BRIGHT LIGHT HAD A SPEED IT WAS MOVING DOWN AT A VERY FAST RATE. IT WAS NOT A STAR. I HAVE SEEN STARS IN MY LIFE BUT THIS WAS NO STAR.

No need to get all bent, man. You would think a member of ATS would have a little bit tougher skin than this, to take such offense to some random babbling posts. Just like was stated above, no mods have even had to come in and control anything!! This is a more civilized thread than Ive seen in a while.

I think if this bothers you, you might well fare better just dropping your ATS account. I mean, how would you react if someone directly attacked you on a thread? Your last post sounds like your getting ready to start bawling, and most everyone here is supporting you!

To be completely honest, this is perhaps the strangest thread Ive been a part of on this site. Your reaction is both confusing, and laughable. If this site is affecting you THAT much, then you'd probably be better off just packing it in.

From what I read you are getting mostly praised and complimented. what are you so upset about? Hoping to see the video after all the time I invested in reading about it.

You aren't helping your case at all Truther.

When you lash out like that it only makes people think you have something to hide.

I can give you a pretty accurate description of what is going to happen though.

If you continue to get riled up and rant without offering any proof... I'd say you'll get action taken against you by the staff for misleading the members. You DID promise the video, regardless of the reaction you have had since.

Why not make a demand of the staff instead? A reasonable one? Hows about asking that they lock the thread until you get the video? If they refuse, then you are no longer obligated to post the video.

I know you have asked for this earlier in the topic, but make it official. PM mods or Springer or SO or something.

The way I see it.

If you are telling the truth, then you have nothing to fear from people questioning your story. Posting the video will shut them up.

However, by ranting and raving about the response you have received, all you are making it look like is that you are trolling and had no video in the first place.

So make your choice. Either fess up to a hoax if there is one, or learn to take a bit of criticism. As I said, if you really are getting a video then it shouldn't matter what people think, the video (or lack there of) will decide the fate of this thread.

Now I understand that sometimes people online can be incredibly ignorant, crude, and just plain stupid...BUT that is no reason to not post a video. If I were you, I would have posted this thread WHEN you got the video to avoid all of this nastiness.

Yo bro! I grew up ( or not ) but anyway I'm from Portland! Im new to this site and love it. havnt posted much but done a lot of reading.

I saw this thread few days ago and Im like phfff its BS...... BUT NO OMG OMG I REALLY SAW IT TONIGHT..... the Light was some what close to the moon located more like in the South eastern of the moon. The unknown bright light was moving down at a very fast rate it took less then half an hour to move a very long distance and I turned around for 5 min and i looked back it was GOONEE.... it couldnt of been gone ..... it was wayy too up in the sky and no clouds to cover any stars ..... This was the first misteirous thing i have ever seen in my life. btw I live in toronto Canada
