OKANAGAN Lake Creature

i would sleep outside on my trampoline growing up, star gazing. the most memorable sighting was a bright glowing sphere that was pulsating for a good 20 seconds before vanishing. it was pretty big too in comparison to regular stars, about 1/8th the size of a full moon. it was not a plane because it was stationary and planes dont fly that low at night where i lived at the time.
