So I have been provided a Scanner/Printer (Epson CX7400) for my use but there is no installation disk.

I tried downloading a driver from their website but it didn't work...how do I install this thing?

Any help would be appreciated and I of course can provide any information that I may have omitted...

Thank you for your help and consideration...

Did you used the right drivers for your operating system?

Speaking of that, what is your operating system? I installed an Epson scanner in Windows Vista by using Windows XP drivers, and it works flawlessly.
