"As a communist I don't believe in heaven or the Bible, but as a scientist I now believe in hell," said Dr. Azzacove. "Needless to say we were shocked to make such a discovery. But we know what we saw and we know what we heard. And we are absolutely convinced that we drilled through the gates of hell!" Dr. Azzacove continued, "...the drill suddenly began to rotate wildly, indicating that we had reached a large empty pocket or cavern. Temperature sensors showed a dramatic increase in heat to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit. We lowered a microphone, designed to detect the sounds of plate movements down the shaft. But instead of plate movements we heard a human voice screaming in pain! At first we thought the sound was coming from our own equipment. But when we made adjustments our worst suspicions were confirmed. The screams weren't those of a single human, they were the screams of millions of humans!"

Hate to break it to you, but not only are there probably already one hundred threads on this, it's been debunked as well. I'm sure you can find the sound byte on the net somewhere though if you'd like to hear it.

Common sense please! Some people are so desperate in their debunking efforts that they don't even have time to examine the evidence.

at that statement.
As for the theory: totally fake. Sorry. As has been pointed out before, it's already been debunked numerous times. And does anybody seriously believe that a physical manifestation of the Biblical Hell is 9 miles below the surface of Siberia?
I'm not trying to sound harsh, but this just isn't believable at all.

A rebuttal could be:
...and some people are so desperate in their efforts to believe that they don't have time to question 'evidence'.
See - its a double-edged sword you wave...

As others have pointed out, there has been much discussed about this account/story...on this site and many others.
While I most certainly have a deep and strong faith in God - I wouldn't buy this if it came with a free TV.
