The baby is definitly trying to say SOMETHING, but I highly doubt it is in english. She is obviously trying to get some sort of point across, but she is not speaking english or any kind of coherent language.

You believe a baby is born knowing the english language? A baby may be born with concepts and ideas, but not the english language.
