Here's an article I found that I think has a lot of practical application for the diehard survivalist. It's not only Green friendly, but can provide you with a source of heat for cooking, light, and especially warmth in a fuel depleted scenario. If you raise livestock like rabbits, sheep, cows, etc. it's a double win situation!
