Bush's rank in history

I wasn't aware of this, but apparently historians take a "presidential ranking survey" of sorts each year. Unlike many people, they don't seem to think that W is the worst president ever. They rank Bush 36th overall--which isn't that hot, but it certainly isn't the worst. I personally believe though that a president can only truly be judged sometime after he's been out of office.

Nonetheless, I thought this survey was kinda interesting, espeically the specific polls regarding administrative skills and such.
