Argentina: Remarkable UFO filmed with multiple witnesses

Below is a link to a video shot in Argentina in Janruary, it shows multiple people stopped in their tracks and watching a ball of light descend into a wooded area (where it can still be seen), I found it very interesting and is definately worthy of a viwing....

Any ideas of what this could be as I sure dont know!!!

that is some crazy lightning to go up, down and such

Doesn't "solo visible en infrarojo" mean only visible in infraread? That's what the intro says. If that's the case, why "Astonished commuters stopped their vehicles?"

It looks like a reflective balloon to me.
