During the legally mandated meetings held with FEMA and DHS different disaster scenarios were reveled to county officials:

* In late December 2008 municipal officials were invited to Indianapolis for a briefing on the state of Indiana. There were told if industry were to collapse for example GM going bankrupt resulting in mass unemployment a depression would soon follow and municipalities could expect to loose 40% of their funds.
* Every county in the nation would be required to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan.
* The county should prepare a plan to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and practice the plan several times.
* FEMA inquired to where mass graves could be placed in the county and would they accept bodies from elsewhere.
* The sheriff’s department via the state sheriff association was told that no .223 ammunition rounds would be available as the military would be purchasing all stocks.
* The county was asked to make plans for “hardening” of police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town.
* The county was asked to make plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago.

I live outside Chicago and this scares the # out of me.
I know something is going to happen because I see American flags hanging out of car windows, gutters, on businesses, painted on trucks, stuck in the dirt and duck taped on the mail boxes of mansions. As if they are using it as symbols to alert authorities they are part of them. In the event of martial law they won’t go to anyone that has the flag hanging. It is becoming so very obvious something is wrong here.
I have lived here my whole life and never seen this before except on a national holiday. It’s very very strange! In addition they have erected the biggest surveillance network I have ever seen.
It is SO ILLUMINATI! Their symbols are EVERYWHERE.
I want to leave this state so very bad. I hate living here.

Well, this is flagging worthy I will say. But as stated by commenters on the article website, there doesn't seem to be any real sourcing on the article itself. All we get is a recording and a claiming of it being from an "inside source." Isn't it always an inside source?
And looking at the other articles on the website it seems to cover other topics easily debunked here on ATS, including previous topics.

I'd love to hear more on the american flag outside as markings.

For quite a while, thought people hung-up on patriotism was pretty much beginning them to come round you up, as in patriotic, constitutional, bill of rights kind of people.

OP first of all settle down, you cannot be truly prepared when you base your plan in fear. Remember you are way ahead of the game by being an aware and informed citizen, something many many people cannot claim.

That said is it possible for you to get a few pictures of these mansions and business's you claim are possibly on the in? I am not suggesting you get into trouble or draw undue attention to yourself in high profile neighborhoods, but it would back up your claim a bit more if you could.

I admit I have not read the article yet just your commentary and valid concerns.

My Mom at one point was working for a dept. which was running these types of scenarios for vaccinations and that was 3-4 years ago. It was meant to help the population in times of small pox outbreak. The vaccines could be administered to hundreds in a matter of a few hours time.

I hope that this is not a true life situation, something they know is eminent, but more than likely it is just a preparation in the event which is a good thing I hope.

On a side note: I usually am a bad speller, and rely on spellcheck however I had no mistakes on this page save one word... "Eminent"

Those flags are probably there because Chicago just sent a man to the white house... not an impending false flag...

I agree with Antar, all this sounds plausible, but I would like to see a better source.

The exercise in Indiana last year was a FEMA/JTTF/National Guard exercise. There were all kinds of teams present practicing for a disaster situation. They were taken out into the rural areas south of Indianapolis and conducted a three day disaster drill.

My disaster team from IL deployed there for medical support.

The reason there are American flags all over Illinois right now is that it's ABRAHAM LINCOLN'S birthday.

Look, the world is in a bad state already but posting this kind of crap just incites panic.

Well I listened to the audio file on your link and I think we had better consider taking this very seriously.

I would like to find out more about this plan and in a way wish the guy had not gone public with the information yet, he could have gotten more before he blew what I believe to be an honest whistle on the catastrophic situation this seems to be leading up to.

EDIT to say that Monday is also Presidents day and we do fly flags for that as well as the other poster mentioned, it is Lincoln's Birthday today.

My question is this, if there is a mandatory vaccination, how safe will it be and what if you bug out and avoid it all together if the coffins are a real concern, I mean maybe the vaccines themselves are the real conspiracy.

ALSO..

People were up in arms about FEMA in New Orleans because they didn't have any disaster plans and everything collapsed.

There are hundreds of thousands of people in this country preparing for disaster by volunteering with medical, search/rescue, firefighting, law enforcement and public health agencies.

Look at the response to the US Airways Crash. New York City incident command has learned SO MUCH in the last 8 years about disaster mitigation that all the resources were ready within minutes and not a single person died or drowned.

You can't have it both ways. Either FEMA sits around on it's hands waiting for another disaster or it conducts real life exercises.

I don't buy it one bit. I know DHS has plans for numbers of possible situations, but these are so far-fetched as to be laughable- especially with an 'unnamed source.'

The big focus on vaccines these days are smallpox and pandemic flu. Flu more so than any other.

Pandemic flu is the biggest concern out there right now for emergency responders. From what I have seen as far as information and exercises it surpasses the concern for terrorism incidents.

Obama is from Chicago so all the flags may be newly enfranchised Americans feeling a sense of real pride. Maybe flying the gold old red, white and blue is just what we need in defiance of the NWO. Wave it high and wide.

well the emergency people are likely trained like the puppies they are, practice make perfect. Besides no worries, most illuminatis are confused sublings of a more sinister two timer if they are going to fulfill the bible and play the four horseman, slash gods vials etc..

Right an in your training were you told as a first responder that you would not go to homes in an actual event, but stand at least 100 yards away with binoculars and simply verify and document, report another illness?

Just asking, you know the hospitals are to go straight into lockdown mode, NOONE for any reason allowed in or out... Well out would probably be negotiable.

I dont know where you get 'far fetched' from the types of situations he describes in the audio, I have been expecting Art Bells rendition of the Quickening for years now and have observed as all of the weather patterns he described in 2000 come to fruition and fast!

A recap of what was said, he talked about the last two years being par for the course in preparations getting a bit more peculiar over the past couple with things like high winds and flooding, fires and tornadoes and earth quakes. It has just today begun to get ramped up to the next level and the man seemed genuinely concerned about the hazard mitigation, that funding from FEMA has been so far stretched and that as much as 40% of the damage would have to come from their own counties in the disaster scenario they seemed to be preparing for. Also when you have a meeting with FEMA and they start asking how many bodies could you bury or take refugees safe harbor, the red flags start flying, this man is from a small rural corn farming town, nowhere USA. I know those kinds of places and they are usually honest and for the people... Not all officials are bad.

Yep and the FEMA guy gave the example of an airplane flying into a nuclear facility. That was the thing the man really tried to grill the agent on.

I hope we get a follow up on this and the guy is not silenced.
