Interesting video, but why the time variations...especially on the last clip. The timer on the bottom is slow, seems to stop, skips etc. I really think more people need to spend some time outside, look up and watch the clouds like we did when we were kids, then you'd realize this isn't so bizarre other than a natural event called cloud formation. Clouds have to start somewhere, why not right over your backyard while you watch?

I thought I was crazy when I saw something similair the other night when

I let out my dogs. I live in new bedford massachusetts and it was about 7

o'clock at night. The night sky was already pretty dark but was lite up by a

full moon and quite a good array of stars. I was staring at the full moon

when I noticed an oval shaped cloud; the only one in the sky. The cloud

seemed absolutley odd to me because it was moving extremely slow I'd

say about 2 miles per hour and only seemed to be a couple of hundred

feet above my head. The peculair thing comes in here, as I'm staring up

at the cloud it passes over a large group of stars the stars toward the

outter rim of the cloud were visable but when the central part of the cloud

got over the stars it blocked out the light. Also amazingly the cloud didn't

seem to get any light reflecting off it from the moon; again the moon was

full and quite bright it gave some light to my backyard. If anyone else has

had anything happen it'd be interesting to hear, I'm goign to do my best to

capture this if it appears again wish me luck.

The clip toward the end is the video from the same man from the previous year not great quality and he states that at about 3/4's of the way through the film.

What UFO? I see a cloud forming.

A little brush up on cloud formation may be in order. Warm air rising carries moisture aloft. At a certain level the warm air cools and the water vapor condenses forming...a cloud!

Agreed, but why just one lonesome cloud and how did it appear so quickly?

I watch the skies quite a bit when I'm outside, and yes, I've seen clouds develop, but not quite like that, and at that speed.

Not saying there is anything alien about this, but it's unusual to me.

If it is such a simple thing as a cloud forming naturally wouldn't their be many similar videos?

None of the videos you posted show anything forming similar to the original video, not as isolated or as quickly.

One o'clock on a beautiful spring day. The heat of the sun warms the ground. The ground warms a bubble of air. If the warm bubble of air rises high enough, it forms a cloud.

In this example only one bubble of air was warm enough to get high enough to form a cloud. Perhaps it came out of a nice dark asphalt parking lot. I'll bet if you saw a video taken of the same sky a couple of hours later there would have be a few more clouds in the sky. This guy just caught the first one forming.

Phage's lame videos look absolutely nothing like what this guy filmed. For a guy who usually has a pretty good explanation for stuff in the sky, this one is really grasping at straws.

I guarantee you can't find one person on this site who's ever seen a cloud form like that. I've definitely never seen it and I live in cloud city.

I guess people who have never lived in the Midwest during the summer don't know what it looks like for a cloud to be formed. That is pretty much what it looks like. And I'm not sure why people who support the video as being a UFO would try to claim otherwise, because if the thing was forming a cloud, then shouldn't it look like a cloud forming?

But, I don't really believe it. He talks about that being the only cloud, but you can clearly see another that formed right next to it. Which is also common in the way clouds form.

And then comes back 2 days later and says the cloud is still there? All you'd have to do is wait for another cloud to come around and take video of it. That in itself doesn't debunk it, but it doesn't validate it either.

Some may say "what are the odds". Actually, pretty high. When I lived in the midwest one of my favorite things to do on a hot summers day was watch the clouds form, and then about 4 hours later, in the evening you get thunderstorms. So in just a few short hours you go from clear skys to big huge thunderstorms that tower way up in the air. This happens rapidly like that for a few weeks of the year, during the hottest days(105+ degrees). Most times it's slower like in this movie, and you don't see the thunderstorms hours after, just regular rain. But it's great when you get to watch them build and build rapidly.

Then they float off to the east, and it happens again the next day etc. People in the east just get the clouds, and people to the west don't get them at all(which is why it's mostly desert). He is located in Florida I think, and this does also happen down there from the gulf. They sometimes have tropical storms which flare up quickly just off the coast.

I immediately recognized the setting as being that of the black "famous" video, which I believe is a hoax. Of all the footage he shows of the black thing, it doesn't move and it cuts out while the thing is still there, rather than it leaving?

If not for his other video, I might give it a higher chance. But since I'm fairly certain the other video is a hoax, I am skeptical of the video.

I could be wrong but I thought I saw this guy on the History channel or something talking about his UFO footage.

I will go now and see what I can find...

I've seen an orb right after a chemtrail operation. I have a theory that they are laying down some sort of particulate which is then zapped with some sort of energy device, either from orbit or from a HAARP like location. My guess would be from orbit. It only lasted a few seconds, but was seen by me and another person who shall remain anonymous.

I've also seen clouds appear very quickly with some sort of low resolution fractal pattern which seems to indicate a signiture of some energy device.

I think the US air force, as per previously posted reports, does indeed manipulate the climate and has weoponised it, probably in the company of other NATO forces. I suspect it's using this technology against western citizens, the richest per capita in the world, following some elitist depopulation/declassification agenda.

Debunkers, some of them ad hoc, will come and poo these theories, but that will not change the fact that all sort of strange and slightly sinister stuff is happening in our skies and people need to take notice.

I will repeat, don't take my or anyone's word on it. Take notice of what happens above you.

Actually I've seen a lot of clouds form exactly like that. As a hang glider pilot, the formation of clouds is of extreme interest to me, letting me know when thermals have gotten strong enough for soaring. I spend a lot of time looking for exactly the sort of thing shown in the video. It is the perfectly normal formation of a cumulus cloud.

Let them have their fun phage....you can't educate everyone.

Thanks for the clips and good luck up there in the thermals.

Strange clip. I have never seen a cloud form that fast, but I guess it could happen. Just seemed pretty weird to me.

What part of the midwest? Where I was, in the plains. north to south it would be the area of the tip of texas, oklahoma, kansas and nebraska, with the center around the oklahoma and kansas border. It happens day after day when temperatures are up. I am talking about clear skies to tornado type thunderstorms in a matter of hours.

I'm pretty sure there is probably a "sweet spot" area where it's more common, and if you got west of that spot you see nothing, and if you are east of the spot you just see the clouds. But that area kind of moves around a bit, as sometimes storms formed to the east, and I didn't get any rain, and then other times they formed to the west a bit, and it stormed bad.

But I seen it a good bit every summer.

Here's another video of a cloud forming.

its a piece of cake to make clouds.

all you need is to create an intense electrostatic field which causes water vapor to condense into larger droplets therby forming clouds.
the larger the electrostatic field the more water vapour you can harvest into a cloud formation.

The quick forming cloud does not surprise me as I have seen similar things before. I suspect that if you were to investigate the area you might find a small or large body of water in the same direction as the cloud is from the viewpoint of the guy taking the film. There is a small beaver pond down the road from me and I have seen small clouds form over it when there is nothing else in the sky.

That does look like a normal cloud formation, the only quibble I have is the speed at which it formed. Obviously, clouds form more slowly, typically. The ones posted in this thread were all time-lapsed. I've personally never witnessed a cloud for this quickly, but I suppose it is possible.

I have witnessed clouds form very quickly... after chemtrail operations, and with energy signatures. I have never seen them form as quick as the video in "natural" conditions, although I admit the possibility, since clouds are a very fractal phenomenon that have an extremely complex behaviour set.

The key to the debate is not the clouds themselves, as you can't really distinguise artificial from natural clouds, but the other phenomenons associated, such as scalar patterns, orbs of light, jet aircraft spraying, et all.
