AntiVirus 360

I'm not a computer person ... so be patient.


I think we've got it. From what I've read ....

I keep getting a popup saying Antivirus360 has been detected and to let something scan for it. But I've run our Norton (took 2 hours) and no malware popped up.

Our computer has been running like crap for about 3 weeks.
It's slower then you can imagine and sometimes I can't even
get on the internet.

The verizon guys checked the lines. They are fine.
I ran a malware check - norton and microsoft - they say they are fine.

Someone please tell me how to get rid of the virus - antivirus360.

Okay .. I"m trying to run this .. it's downloaded but it wont do anything. My husband (named Bad Dog here) left on a business trip Monday. He'll be back tomorrow night. I'm going to have to have him look at this and give it a try. At least I have some info for him to go with.

Thank you for helping. It's very helpful to have some links to read and a safe place to turn to for getting rid of this. I'll keep you posted as to what happens.
