If it's a solar baloon, why is it completely still, not flowing in the wind like the other one? It also looks like it's a LOT bigger than the one being released in the 2nd video. That baloon would only be maybe 2" in diameter and if thats the case, would it even be visible from that distance in the air? I'd think if so, it'd look like a string waving around.

There have been numerous reports of cigar shaped UFO's be pilots being hundrends if not thousands of feet long. One pilot flying over europe several years ago reported with passenger witnesses two cigar shaped UFOs that were as big as aircraft carriers and were just sitting in clouds in the sky over the ocean.

I also think this is a solar powered balloon.

How it's done

I used to make these often in my youth. You need a few of those very thin, black plastic bin liners. The larger the better. Using sticky tape, you open up the bottom edge with scissers and tape the open end to the top edge of another liner. Repeat this till the tube is about three meters long. On a hot sunny day, inflate the balloon by running with it's open end. When inflated, seal the end up with tape. Launch it into the air. As the air inside heats up, it will become lighter than air and will rise to a great height. It looks exactly like this video.

Does anyone know how high theses solar balloons can be?
I saw something like this at a distance while on an airplane -
at the highest (mile high) point of flight.

Its so far away the zoom cant pick that up.
Its just an object against a blue sky you cant see the wind.
It very much looks like a solar balloon.

Well, it's not proven it's a solar balloon, and UFO's that shape have been reported for years. I don't consider it debunked, it's still unidentified to me.
