I agree, that's what I see. The guy is on the left, the little square ln the middle is his wee-wee, and the woman is on the right crouching down "servicing" him. It looks like he's holding his wee-wee.
The white circles on her face... well you can guess what that might be. I'll give you a hint, it sounds like "Sea Men".
