CEOs, Bankers Used Corporate Credit Cards for Sex

www.abcnews.go.com

Wall street lawyers, investment bankers, CEOs and media executives often used corporate credit cards to pay for $2,000 an hour prostitutes, according to the madam who ran one of New York's biggest and most expensive escort services until it was busted last year.
A look inside Wall Street's biggest prostitution ring.

But prosecutors in the Manhattan District Attorney's office chose not to pursue any of the corporate titans, says Kristin Davis, who pleaded guilty last year to charges of running a prostitution business that used more than a hundred women.

Seriously, does this suprise anyone anymore? They are obviously above the law. They buy sex with our money, live life without worries, and then don't have to account to anyone for it. Maybe the media now, but I doubt it. There are 9800 on the list, so I guess we will see what happens.

I am sure, they are just going to let this blow over. No pun...

Heh....this same thing could be used to describe our politicians!

At least they are on par with each other!

I suspect it's the discreet&clean type and much like buying watches or jewlery, worth tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, spending a great deal on something that can be had far cheaper is a attempt to advertise your wealth and status.

Having said that i suppose there might be women who are worth that, and i would not mind meeting that type, but in this case it's probably just evidence that these guys earn their money very easily.

Stellar

It may be a lifestyle of living above the law and above having consequences for one's actions. More like the "Don't you know who I am?" mentality. It doesn't surprise me that no charges were brought against those people considering the "private sector" has many tools to influence the world, including those specifically for wet work.

If the government would only legalize and tax prostitution, they could have got some of their money back.

With so much money and fancy stuff, I am surprised they choose to pay in the first place.

But yet Elliot Spitzer who tried prosecuting the criminal banksters gets nailed and pursued over his shing ding. Wow nice double standard as usual and once again proves who rules the universe.....I need to get into the financial industry.

I also read an article about many of these people going to brothels that young boys are in. I didn't even know that there were brothels with young boys to be honest...

Shareholders' money is also used to pay for 'entertainment' in lapdancing club.

I worked for a bank and on one trip to Houston it was rumoured that £20k was spent in two lapdancing clubs by some members of staff. Pretty disgusting if you ask me.

Were these corporate credit cards part of the credit crisis we are currently bailing out?

They can't get credit for sex?

Poor babies.
