Well I'm shocked - In my neck of the woods they actually make foot paths wider to handle walkers and bickers it’s safer and less people are hurt buy cars. But this is ridiculous the bicker was riding at night the safest place is on the footpath no matter what the law says. What bullies and how long did it take to arrest one female
